01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the OKPH online gaming platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and related services offered by OKPH. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, whether registered or unregistered.

By completing the OKPH registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the OKPH platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the OKPH Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

02 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on OKPH, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using the OKPH platform is prohibited by law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of OKPH, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an OKPH account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

OKPH reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming features on OKPH, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number.

You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one OKPH account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. OKPH employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any bonuses, winnings, or pending withdrawals may be voided.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OKPH account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. OKPH will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify OKPH immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

OKPH is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. OKPH reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

OKPH accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. OKPH does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Deposits are generally credited to your OKPH account instantly or within a short processing period depending on the payment method used.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. OKPH aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for verified accounts using GCash or PayMaya. Processing times for bank transfers to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank may vary.

OKPH reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld where OKPH has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on OKPH are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). OKPH does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.

4.4 Unclaimed Funds

Account balances that remain dormant for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as specified in OKPH's fee schedule. OKPH will make reasonable efforts to notify you before any inactivity fee is applied.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

OKPH may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, validity periods, and game restrictions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

• Bonuses are credited to your OKPH account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and are not redeemable for cash until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• OKPH reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honored.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion, or exploitation of software errors — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• OKPH's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

06 Gaming Rules

All games available on the OKPH platform — including slots, live casino, virtual sports, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or betting market. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game.

OKPH uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Return-to-player (RTP) rates for slot games are published within the relevant game information pages.

OKPH reserves the right to void any bet or game result where a technical error, software malfunction, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the player's account. OKPH's decision on voided bets is final.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the OKPH platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating more than one OKPH account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown software error are void.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the OKPH platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with OKPH's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing OKPH staff or other players.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

08 Responsible Gaming

OKPH is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that for a small number of players, gaming can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

OKPH provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the OKPH platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the OKPH platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of OKPH or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the OKPH platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any OKPH content without prior written consent.
• Use OKPH's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without prior written authorization.
• Create derivative works based on OKPH's software or content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the OKPH platform.

Any unauthorized use of OKPH's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by OKPH.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, OKPH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the OKPH platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or platform downtime.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security.
• Any decision made by OKPH in the exercise of its rights under these Terms, including the voiding of bets or suspension of accounts.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, tips, or predictions published on the OKPH platform.

OKPH's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your OKPH account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit OKPH's liability for death or personal injury caused by OKPH's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

OKPH collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on OKPH, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

OKPH is committed to protecting your personal data and complies with applicable data protection laws in the Philippines, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

OKPH reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Detection of duplicate accounts.
• At your own request, including self-exclusion.
• Where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable fees or voided bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. OKPH will not be liable for any losses you incur as a result of account suspension where such suspension is made in good faith.

13 Amendments to These Terms

OKPH reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, OKPH will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the OKPH platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the OKPH platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting OKPH's customer support team. OKPH will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. OKPH's decisions on all gaming and account matters — including bet settlements, bonus eligibility, and account status — are final and binding, subject to applicable regulatory oversight by PAGCOR.
